  Although this is one of the smaller Paneras (compared to the Concord bakery), it is big on customer service. As I walked in and one of the staff greeted me with a smile. As I placed my order, the staff had laughter and was lighthearted. They included me and I laughed with them. I had ordered a lemon drop, which was gone, but one of the staff was able to find in the back - freshly baked.
  
  Speaking of fresh. Normally at the Concord bakery, anytime I have ordered bread with my soup, it's hard. I'm always fighting it. The bread roll here was soft and melted in my mouth. I didn't have to fight my food.
  
  The only con, is that this is a smaller location, so it was hard to navigate around tables comfortably. However, if I wanted to sit outside, it was gorgeous. I've included a pic because the water fountain is amazing.

  This panera is great. The food is bomb and the wait was not long at all. Panera is a little on the pricey end, but the quality of the food is perfect. i'll definitely be visiting Panera a lot more.
